6th Annual Welcoming the Light Walk for Suicide Prevention

The 6th Annual “Welcoming the Light” 2022 Walk for Suicide Awareness & Prevention will be held at the Queen Elizabeth Provincial Park - Group Camping Area by Grimshaw. The walk does start at 6 am - as we walk from the darkness into the light, which signifies hope & a new beginning

It’s early, but it’s one morning that we give to those we have lost and those who are struggling. If you wish for us to include a photo of your loved one in our memorial area, please send it ASAP via the Facebook event page, along with birth/death dates. I assure you it is a beautiful tribute and loving memorial. 

If you would like to camp, please let organizers know via Facebook ASAP to ensure we can accommodate all the campers. As always, we will be giving away our beautiful commemorative lantern and some more gifts.
