How do I submit an event?
On the Events page, scroll towards the bottom and on the right hand side there is an Event Submission button. Hit the button, fill out the required fields and hit Publish.
If you are submitting a photo to accompany your event listing, make sure it is PIXEL Size, if you are submitting a poster, please make sure it is in original digital PDF format.
I've submitted a listing for an event, why is it awaiting approval?
The web admin proof reads for errors and may make minor changes in order to keep consistency through out the website. In the event there is an error or more information is needed, the admin will contact you to clarify. After all the kinks are worked out, your event will be published.
Why does my event listing need contact information?
a) in case there is an error, the admin will need to contact you to clarify before posting the event
b) it's also a good idea to make sure people who are checking out your event can contact you if they have questions about your event that aren't answered in your listing.
How do I create a listing for my business/organization/etc.?
You can submit a listing while you are on an existing listing. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a green 'Submit your Listing' button. Hit the button and fill out the form with your appropriate information; Listing Name, type of listing, region, etc. When your done, hit Publish.
What size of photo do I need for my listing?
Your photo (not an event poster) should be in a horizontal (landscape) layout and be at least 480 x 300 pixels for optimal appearance.
I've noticed an error in a listing, how do I notify the web admin?
It's super easy! While you are on the page with the error you noticed, scroll to the bottom and click on 'Feedback/Suggest edit' above the bottom banner, fill out the form with the details and hit the Submit button.
